Course Description: This facilitated round table focuses on tips and techniques for dealing with cases in which personal relationships drive the conflict and the parties will have an on-going relationship after the litigation has concluded. The discussion will ask such questions as: In custody cases, does our role change and if so, how?

Who Should Attend: This course is designed for all settlement program judges, both newly appointed and existing.
Continuing Education Credit: 1.0 mediation and CLE, includes .5 Ethics Credit. (Certificate of Completion required to receive continuing legal/judicial education credit.) NOTE: CLE credit for this course is approved through December 31, 2023 and then will be stale dated.
