(Recorded Webinar September 19, 2012)
Training Description: The economic climate is changing; however, Landlord/Tenant eviction issues continue to be widespread. What are the rights of the landlord and the tenant? What is the responsibility of the court clerk and how does she/he process the eviction action and deal with the litigants? Are all of the cases the same? What form is used when and where is it found? This Webinar will address these and many other questions inquiring minds want to know, including common cases such as Summary evictions and unlawful detainer, and a few unique situations within these type of cases. The faculty will also discuss filing an eviction from A-Z, counting time, appropriate filing fees, and other basic practices of an eviction case. This session will focus on stick dwellings only.
